Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the UK law. Everlasting Atelier website is owned and operated by Sleek Brows Ltd, Registered Head Office: 12 Chillingworth Road, London N7 8QJ (Company number ....). By using Sleek Brows ltd. services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and condition affects your statutory rights.

When you place an Order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. 
When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available – you will be notified by email. 
Sleek Brows Ltd. has a right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
Availability of Products  
Sleek Brows Ltd. cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. All offers are while stock lasts. If we are unable to supply a product to you, you will be notified in the order confirmation email or by phone. We will then dispatch your whole order as soon as  the item is back in stock, if due to this reason you would wish to cancel you order, then you will receive full refund. 

Payment 
 
Accepted payment methods – PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Visa electron, Maestro, American Express and Switch. 
It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Sleek Brows Ltd. until full payment has been received in full. Sleek Brows Ltd. does not store any credit card information and all credit card payments are handled by “ ...    ”. 
Payment is due when placing your order.

VAT 20% 
 
The final price you’ll have to pay will always have VAT included. If you are entitled to claim back the VAT you can find our VAT number is provided on your invoice or receipt when you receive it.   

20% VAT will not be charged for orders shipped outside of EU and to any VAT registered company within EU.

Postage Charges and Delivery  

Post and packaging is charged depending of weight, dimensions and method of shipping chosen. Next day delivery service available for orders placed before 1pm only. Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice. Your postage and packaging charge will be clearly stated in your invoice. Most orders placed before 3pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability. Orders placed after 3pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. 

No orders are processed, dispatched or delivered on Bank Holidays. 
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays may be due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes). 

Any item re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable, will be charged re-delivery price in order to cover our administrative costs and additional transportation costs. 

Sleek Brows Ltd. will not accept claims for consequential losses due to late delivery. 

Order Cancellations  

In case you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, the refund will be provided, however a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and credit card processing. If we have already dispatched your item then please turn to exchanges and refunds section. 

Exchanges and Refunds  

If you would like to return your items, Sleek Brows Ltd. must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of goods. The items can be returned or exchanged only if the following conditions are met: the item must be in perfect, unused condition, a request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 days, no returned goods will be accepted unless a return authorisation has been given. We will not accept goods that have been opened, used and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered in anyway. Once all the terms of return and exchange have been met, they have to be returned within 7 days. When you return items we advise you to send them via recorded services and for your own protection please obtain proof of postage/receipt from the carrier as Sleek Brows Ltd. accepts no responsibility of lost parcels sent by you. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges to us. 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and credit card processing.

Courses/Seminars Refund  

Deposits and course/seminar payments are non refundable and non transferable. Any of the following; failing to attend a confirmed training session, failure to submit your work by the agreed deadline, or refusing to finish any course will result in the loss of all payments made for that course. 
In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later session will be considered at the discretion of Sleek Brows Ltd. 

Faulty or Damaged Goods  

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a refund. The faulty product must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers. Faulty goods must be reported to Sleek Brows Ltd. within 5 working days of receipt of goods. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given. 
Sleek Brows Ltd. reserves a right not to exchange or refund the items if we believe they have been damaged deliberately. 

Special Offers  

Special offers on products cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount which may be available for this person. Products on special offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
