Henna is one of the most ecologically friendly and ancient beauty products found on our planet. The use of henna in beauty has been recorded as far back as ancient Egyptian times when Cleopatra used it to cover herself in Henna tattoos to adore her own body. It is no coincidence that it is still widely used in beauty today.

Why Eco Friendly?
The answer is simple, we chose eco-friendly, simply because we do not have a planet B.. And of course, because brows are meant for ladies & gents and never for bunnies & kitties. .
Difference between Tint & Henna?
Brow technicians should choose henna over tint because henna is found in nature and does not require an oxidising agent to penetrate the cortex and deposit colour into the hairs, unlike tint. Which makes henna a much safer product to use for the brow hair.
Another important difference between henna and brow tint is that henna will stain the hair & skin for longer making brows look full. This is why henna is sometimes referred to as "henna tattoo".

Brow Henna as a Service
On average brow henna takes up to 35 minutes to perform in a salon environment and results last up to 2 weeks on skin and up to 8 weeks on hair. It takes 5 minutes to map, 5 minutes to apply henna, then dry for 20 minutes and another 5 minutes for removal + reveal another. Normally clients visit once a month to refresh and boost the results. Service prices range between £20-60 with brow shaping.

To achieve the best results
Sometimes to achieve the best result for your clients you will be required to mix a few different shades of Henna powder, it is fun to experiment and see how many different colours you can get from few Elleebana henna bottles. Elleebana Henna comes in 7 colours and all can be mixed to unlock limitless tone possibilities.
